Home > Announcements > New UKPIPS Website

As we approach the third anniversary of our formation, UKPIPS, with the support of  Grifols – a leading pharmaceutical company, are pleased to announce that the second edition of our website is now live. Within the next few weeks we will announce details of a launch event to fully celebrate this achievement.

The new UKPIPS website has a number of features that we hope you will find interesting and helpful:

Mobile Friendly (Responsive) Layout

Delivering an optimal user experience no matter what device you view the website on (iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Mac, PC, etc).

Find an Immunologist

An interactive map, enabling you to enter your postcode and discover the contact details for your nearest immunology centre. Take a look.

Regional Home Hubs

Delivering information and news stories specific to your home region (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Meet the Team Bios

Now you can find out a bit more about the team behind UKPIPS, including the Medical Advisory Panel, Trustees and Volunteers that work hard to keep UKPIPS operational.

Facebook Comments

Now you can comment on any news story directly through Facebook. All you need to do is make sure that you’re logged in and then provide a comment.

We’ve found that in the past, events such as our Patient and Carer weekend at Farncombe and more recently our Scottish Patient and Carer weekend have been very successful. We’d love to organise more events like this and we now have a home for all of this information – our events area.

Downloadable Publications

We’ll continue to provide direct links to campaign assets within all news published on our website. However, should you require any historic assets, such as leaflets, invites or event UKPIPS accounts then please take a look in the publications area.

Professional Area

Similar to downloadable publications, the professional area is specifically targeted to provide valuable downloadable publications for: GPs, Consultants & Hospital Drs and Nurses. There’s also a link to view downloadable content published by the Medical Advisory Panel. Take a look.

Information Standard

You will notice the Information Standard logo throughout the new site. Click here to find out why this is so important.

Should you discover any bugs or anything not quite right with the new site please visit this page and report the issue so that we can resolve quickly.

We hope you like the new website as much as we do. Feel free to browse around and let us know what you think.
