Home > England > Madrigal Singers come to Tesco Evesham for UKPIPS

Tonight (10th Dec) a small group of madrigal singers called “Musyck Anon”
and based in Evesham (UKPIPS home town) spent an hour in the whistling cold of a Tesco porch singing carols, as busy shoppers rushed in and out. At 8.30pm, we drew to a close with freezing feet and rather chilled bodies and went our respective ways homeward.
Opening our collecting box used at the event, we were delighted to find the kind inhabitants of Evesham who patronised Tesco while “Musyck Anon” were present and singing, donated a total of £35.25.
A very big thank you to “Musyck Anon,” Tesco and all who donated.

A photo of this wonderful event will follow shortly.
